Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and support software systems for manufacturing semiconductors and MES reporting across Micron fabs.
  • •Work with customers to understand needs and suggest solutions for production and process issues.
  • •Gather and evaluate customer requirements and specifications on a world-wide scale.
  • •Provide incident and problem management plus technical support for MES issues and resolutions.
  • •Participate in testing new software releases, monitor system performance indices, and support 24x7 on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • •Experience developing and/or managing software applications.
  • •Database technology experience (e.g., Microsoft SQL, Oracle) including performance and tuning.
  • •Working knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows environments and strong C#/C++ programming with Perl scripting plus SQL or PL/SQL.
  • •Knowledge of MES systems and semiconductor manufacturing process is advantageous, along with strong problem-solving and customer-oriented teamwork readiness.
