Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Service Transition activities for Client Device Lifecycle Services across Japan and, where required, APJC countries, from contract signature through operational readiness.
  • •Develop and govern project plans, managing dependencies, constraints, risks, and stakeholder expectations to achieve program outcomes.
  • •Partner with customers, internal teams, strategic service partners, and global cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver business objectives.
  • •Build trusted relationships and maintain transparent communication throughout the engagement.
  • •After Service Transition, assume accountability for ongoing Service Delivery as a Services Delivery Manager, ensuring service stability, SLA attainment, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of program and project management experience, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, and executive-level engagement.
  • •Experience working with global projects or programs across regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • •Leadership experience leading teams and delivering results in a matrixed environment.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • •Business-level English proficiency and native-level Japanese language skills (PMP or equivalent preferred).
