Job Summary

Maintain clients’ cross-technology IT infrastructure in a managed services environment. Monitor systems, manage work queues, and resolve incidents and requests within SLAs while keeping tickets up to date. Investigate and log issues to prevent escalation, support second-level troubleshooting and client escalations, and execute changes with proper risk mitigation and documentation. Audit ticket quality, recommend improvements, identify automation opportunities, and participate in disaster recovery tests as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor systems and manage work queues, resolving incidents and requests within agreed SLAs.
•Identify, analyze, and log technical issues to prevent escalation and maintain service quality.
•Execute and document changes with proper risk understanding and contribute to change management.
•Audit incident and request tickets for quality, recommend improvements, and identify automation opportunities.
•Handle client escalations professionally and assist with disaster recovery functions and tests when required.

Key Requirements

•Moderate-level experience in managed services roles supporting cross-technology infrastructure.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties.
•Ability to plan activities and projects while accounting for changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
