Chief Engineer, Maritime Integrated Systems

Lead the technical development of maritime products from concept through delivery, including design, prototyping, capability verification, and delivery of a maritime autonomous weapon system. Own system architecture and requirements definition, run systems engineering trade analyses, and manage risks across design key performance parameters, schedule, cost, and performance. Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain for design-for-manufacturing and oversee execution of new surface product capabilities, milestones, and demonstrations.
