Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership through the pre-sales lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Hardware, and Process Development to shape proposals.
  • •Serve as a senior technical authority for key customers, leading engagements to understand fab environments, process nodes, roadmaps, manufacturing objectives, and KPIs.
  • •Lead advanced data-driven analysis of equipment and process performance versus customer specifications and drive improvements in yield, variability, CoO, and productivity.
  • •Own resolution of complex cross-disciplinary tool and process issues using structured problem-solving methods, and lead high-impact continuous improvement projects.
  • •Mentor and develop junior and senior engineers while delivering technical presentations and influencing cross-functional teams to execute customer solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated system-level integration knowledge across semiconductor process modules.
  • •Deep expert-level knowledge in one or more thin film process areas across CVD, ALD, PVD, and epitaxy.
  • •Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-impact customer environments and influence outcomes at technical and leadership levels.
  • •Ability to analyze equipment and process performance versus customer specifications, including yield, process capability (Cpk), matching, and Cost of Ownership (CoO).
  • •Experience leading continuous improvement projects with sustainable implementation, knowledge capture, and replication across customers or platforms.
