Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform commissioning, servicing and repairs of Miele Professional equipment at customer sites (e.g., hospitals, laboratories, doctor practices)
  • •Carry out work on-site for customers using your own Miele service vehicle based on electronically/telephonically transmitted orders
  • •Act as the technical reference for customers, addressing questions and providing guidance and instruction

Key Requirements

  • •A completed apprenticeship in an electrical trade (e.g., assembly electrician/electrical installer/automation technician) or equivalent experience as a service technician
  • •Interest in and/or experience in the medical sector
  • •Autonomy and high sense of responsibility
  • •Enjoys daily customer contact with clear and empathetic communication
  • •German language proficiency, strong communication skills, valid driving licence (Category B)
