Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and configure Aravolta at customer sites, working hands-on with their infrastructure and operations teams.
  • •Build custom integrations, data pipelines, and automation workflows tailored to each customer’s environment.
  • •Troubleshoot complex issues across networking, device communication, and telemetry collection.
  • •Translate customer requirements into actionable feature requests and contribute directly to our core product.
  • •Develop internal tooling, scripts, and documentation to accelerate future deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering experience
  • •Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; comfortable diving into unfamiliar systems
  • •Experience working directly with customers or in client-facing technical roles
  • •Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls)
  • •Willingness to travel to customer sites (up to 30–50%)
