Key Responsibilities

•Own the roadmap for insurer payment at scale and defend what gets built and in what order to ensure practices get paid faster.
•Stay close to billers, practices, and enterprise customers to use their reality as inputs to roadmap and execution.
•Translate complex healthcare billing workflows into precise specifications for engineers and automated/billing agents, minimizing ambiguity.
•Make early, compounding foundational decisions on what data is captured during claim/balance life and how it surfaces later for billing legibility.
•Work as a squad with engineering, design, QA, product marketing, and support; include reconciliation, auditability, and rollout gates in scope.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years in product management, including 2+ years owning systems where correctness has financial or regulatory consequences.
•Direct, hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle, including end-to-end claim lifecycle and how payers behave (rejected vs denied, remittance/adjustments, patient responsibility).
•Owned a product roadmap (not just a backlog) and can explain prioritization decisions based on evidence from users.
•Systems thinking: reasons from first principles about how billing systems fail, thinking in states and transitions.
•Technical fluency to read API documentation and discuss design tradeoffs with engineering, plus AI fluency for directing AI-assisted work and catching confident errors.
