Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Platform leaders to identify what research must answer and own an agenda for studies.
  • •Design and run qualitative and quantitative research studies end-to-end.
  • •Research the full range of platform users, from developers to teams building products and enterprise admins/buyers.
  • •Communicate findings to product, design, and engineering and drive shared understanding into product decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Independently scope, design, run, and report end-to-end UX research studies.
