Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Identify customers’ financial goals and needs, recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Resolve customer issues, educate customers on consumer deposit products, and use a disciplined sales process with follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals. Ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
