Educate customers on account details, finance charges, late fees, credit reporting, and payment options while documenting interactions in an account management system. Perform basic skip tracing to locate customers and ensure compliance with collection policies and applicable laws. Work a flexible schedule with evenings/weekends, and support other associates through Spanish translation.
