Own and improve Zopa’s first-line frameworks for Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk Management, turning complex requirements into practical guidance, templates, and workflows. Lead improvements that reduce assessment friction, strengthen ownership, and give senior leaders clearer visibility of material risks. Manage key Operational Resilience activities (self-assessment, impact tolerances, dependencies, vulnerabilities, testing) and oversee the material third-party register and supplier risk onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and improve first-line frameworks for Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk Management, including guidance, templates, workflows, and governance.
•Lead practical improvements to reduce assessment time, improve risk information quality, clarify ownership, speed up approvals, and increase visibility of material risks.
•Own key Operational Resilience activity including self-assessment, important business services, impact tolerances, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and resilience testing.
•Oversee the material third-party register and embed risk requirements into supplier processes.
•Support ongoing monitoring, business continuity planning, and exit planning for higher-risk suppliers.

•Simplify complex frameworks, processes, or governance into practical ways of working that people actually use.
•Apply requirements proportionately in a fast-paced, regulated environment using strong judgment and a process design mindset.
