  • •Review, approve, and monitor supplier control plans, production plans, inspection plans, and quality documentation for production approval and ongoing performance.
  • •Lead investigations of supplier quality issues, nonconformances, customer complaints, and product failures; manage SCARs to closure.
  • •Perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and 5 Whys; verify corrective and preventive action effectiveness.
  • •Communicate supplier quality concerns, corrective actions, and resolution status to internal and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience applying quality management principles to assess supplier capability, process robustness, and product reliability.
  • •Understanding of manufacturing processes including precision machining, welding, surface finishing, and production controls.
