Job Summary

Lead the development and deployment of business intelligence capabilities that enable accurate, timely reporting and data-driven decision-making. Analyze channel sales trends and market intelligence to define opportunities and growth strategy. Oversee end-to-end BI processes (extraction, transformation, enrichment, quality, availability) and manage relationships across Retail, Marketing, Finance, and external partners. Drive cross-functional initiatives, track ROI and performance, and manage reporting for high-velocity retail events.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze channel sales trends to develop response and growth strategy using business and marketing metrics.
•Lead BI processes end-to-end, including data extraction, transformation/enrichment, quality, availability, and timeliness.
•Deliver market intelligence insights (industry structure, macro changes, competitive behavior, consumer sentiment) to inform strategic direction.
•Build and manage relationships with internal teams (Retail, Marketing, Finance) and external partners to align account strategies.
•Use advanced analytics to measure ROI, forecast key metrics, and oversee reporting for major events (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday).
