•Serve as direct customer contact and help service products and equipment by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Coordinate with the supervising field technician/project manager and customers to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site installation and repairs.
•Use hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications, along with cutting-edge software and technology, to diagnose and repair units.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school (required).
•Prefer 2+ years of HVAC experience, plus technical school or formal training.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with hand-held computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
•Ability to meet safety and physical job requirements, including wearing required PPE and working at heights.
