Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as direct customer contact and help service HVAC products and equipment on assigned projects by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and repairing systems at customer locations.
  • •Coordinate with supervising field technicians/project manager and customers to understand installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work.
  • •Use cutting-edge software and technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school; prefer 2+ years of HVAC experience and/or technical training.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency using a handheld computer (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, reckless/careless driving, or license suspension) within the previous 3 years.
  • •Ability to safely and legally operate a vehicle while using a seat belt.
  • •Physical capability to perform routine work at heights, lift/move up to 10 lbs regularly, 40 lbs frequently, and use ladders and confined-access areas.
