Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily operations comply with HSE requirements.
  • •Complete product testing (in-process inspection) for PP and EP compounding and preservation before and after curing periods during shifts.
  • •Maintain accurate data and update it on time.
  • •Daily verification and maintenance of lab equipment, including good housekeeping in QA lab, injection-molding, and sample retention areas.
  • •Maintain relevant documentation (DPT) and support quality actions, including authority to stop production for quality problems and ensure conformity.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/Bachelor’s in plastics engineering, with a 1-year CIPET course preferred.
  • •3 years of laboratory testing experience, preferably in the plastics manufacturing industry.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, plus EMS 14001 and ASTM/ISO standards for products.
  • •Intermediate communication skills and competence in Microsoft Office tools.
  • •Knowledge of SAP and color testing/recipe awareness is an added advantage.
