Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of equipment engineers handling installation, modification, upgrades, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • •Study equipment performance, reliability, upgrades, and safety issues; establish programs to increase uptime and resolve equipment issues impacting manufacturing.
  • •Forecast and budget equipment upkeep costs and drive improvement activities to reduce upkeep cost and expenditures.
  • •Develop systems/procedures to ensure first-time success in PM and effective troubleshooting that reduces MTTR and spare cost.
  • •Monitor supplier performance metrics to drive quality and cost improvements and support EHSS compliance, training, and competency.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree (or equivalent experience) with familiarity in engineering and system development.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in semiconductors.
  • •Demonstrated success leading teams to define and solve engineering-related problems.
  • •Advanced understanding of the Metro function.
  • •Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
