Job Summary

Own the systems, tooling, and reporting that scale a Business Value function supporting enterprise sales. You’ll lead quantitative ROI modeling and benchmarking, build C-suite business cases, and create self-serve go-to-market tools for Value Engineers and sales teams. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive an AI-assisted value generation roadmap, stand up intake/triage dashboards and KPI tracking, and serve as a strategic advisor with C-suite visibility.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape how Business Value scales by designing the engagement model, benchmarks, and reporting used by leadership.
•Lead the AI-assisted value generation roadmap in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Sales.
•Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and benchmarking to define measurable impact.
•Build and present C-suite business cases to CFOs, CPOs, and finance leaders.
•Stand up intake, triage, and reporting layers including engagement-tier routing, deal triage dashboards, and KPI tracking.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, or management consulting, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS.
•Experience building and deploying systems and tooling such as ROI calculators, dashboards, intake workflows, or playbooks adopted by other teams.
•Strong grounding in financial modeling, data analytics, and structured communication.
•Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
•Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
