Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct QA/QC inspections and surveillance across assigned construction works.
  • •Verify construction compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, method statements, procedures, and applicable quality standards.
  • •Review and monitor contractor ITPs, checklists, inspection requests, and supporting quality records; witness testing per ITPs.
  • •Identify non-conformances, support NCR preparation, and monitor corrective action and closure; escalate unresolved/recurring quality issues to the QA/QC Manager.
  • •Maintain inspection records and quality documentation and support audits, commissioning, punch-list closeout, handover, and final quality documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Relevant QA/QC engineering experience on construction, infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or major capital projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with site inspections, ITPs, inspection requests, quality documentation, and NCR management.
  • •Good understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems and inspection processes.
  • •Ability to identify non-conformances and support corrective actions through closure.
