Key Responsibilities

•Provide engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and personalize instruction for students.
•Differentiate instruction based on student mastery and augment course content using prescribed policies and procedures.
•Maintain grade book, make student placement/promotion decisions, and alert administrators to student performance and progress concerns.
•Establish and maintain positive rapport with families and regularly communicate with students and learning coaches/parents.
•Support learning coaches/parents with curricular and instructional issues and troubleshoot in a virtual classroom, with occasional travel for testing and professional development.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to clear required background check.
•State certified educator capable of delivering course content in an online environment.
•Ability to work independently 40+ hours per week and maintain a professional home office.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms.
