Health & Safety Coordinator, Afternoon Shift

Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives at the plant by conducting safety audits, implementing GAP safety and environmental SOPs, facilitating training, and maintaining required documentation. Lead workplace incident, injury, illness, and near-miss investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions, including Learning Loop reviews. Manage workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes, oversee iCare reporting, and lead the Joint Health & Safety Committee and site risk assessments to drive continuous improvement.
