Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive adoption by optimizing user experiences and unlocking measurable business value from Google AI products deployed across Capital One.
  • •Lead experimentation by testing new AI products, evaluating capabilities and enterprise controls, and building a quantified value case for scaling.
  • •Align with executive leadership on which AI products to scale across the enterprise.
  • •Own end-to-end launch and deployment of AI products as they graduate from experimentation to the full enterprise population.

Salary: USD 164,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (or related quantitative field) or Business/Marketing, expected by the scheduled start date.
  • •Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Ability to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Demonstrated human-centered product thinking focused on internal and external customer needs.
  • •Experience leading integrated problem solving and mitigating product risks across complex initiatives.
