Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, tear down, repair, refurbish, overhaul, assemble, test, and install designated equipment for FAALC product divisions.
  • •Perform equipment performance analyses and engineering data collection/reporting to support fault isolation and verification.
  • •Support preventive and corrective maintenance (PMs/CMs) on FAA and interagency systems, including basic troubleshooting and LRU removal/replacement.
  • •Install and maintain equipment/components and modifications on NAS and inter-agency systems, including NAS radomes and tower-related work.
  • •Enter time into Data Collection and Reporting System (DCRS) and prepare FAA/interagency assets for shipment while supporting training and safety requirements.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School Diploma/GED with completion of formal technical training courses.
  • •Ability to pass a physical fitness evaluation with weight restrictions (125–290 lbs).
  • •NACI clearance/ability to obtain Public Trust.
  • •Estimated monthly travel of 70%.
  • •Valid driver’s license and two forms of unexpired identification (including a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or similar).
