Director, Site HR

Lead all site-level HR strategy and execution, partnering with facility leadership to attract talent, strengthen employee engagement, and build a high-performance culture. Oversee the HR team and manage recruiting, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits administration, and workforce retention. Own labor and employee relations, affirmative action planning, and compliance with employment and safety laws while aligning corporate HR programs to the facility.
