Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction (Heavy Civil)

Support cost management services for large-scale data center construction projects with a focus on heavy civil and site development. Work client-facing on procurement strategies, detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and reviews of contractor and vendor proposals. Help conduct value engineering, risk assessments, and change order tracking, while preparing cost reports, forecasts, and supporting final account reconciliation and close-out activities. Remote in the U.S. with occasional site travel.
