Job Summary

Provide cross-technology managed services to proactively identify and resolve complex client incidents while keeping infrastructure configured, tested, and operational. Own high-complexity tickets, conduct monitoring and alert response, and ensure zero missed SLA conditions. Drive operational improvements, incident resolution, product reviews, and knowledge articles, while mentoring L2/L1 engineers and partnering with vendors across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve complex technical incidents while ensuring client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
•Manage high-complexity tickets, log incidents with required detail, analyze and escalate support calls, and maintain zero missed SLA conditions.
•Conduct monitoring checks and respond to alerts to identify issues before they become problems.
•Perform pre-emptive service incident resolution, operational improvements, and product reviews; drive optimization and automation opportunities.
•Create knowledge articles for recurring tasks/issues, train and mentor junior team members, and coach L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Ability to communicate and work effectively across different cultures and client needs.
