Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end HCM solution architecture for Workday deployments and drive design closure on time and on budget
  • •Lead or support key design workshops, facilitate structured decision-making and ensure design aligns with customer problem statements and strategic objectives
  • •Guide cross-functional design decisions using Workday guiding principles and business process taxonomy
  • •Collaborate with executives, project leadership and workstream leads to shape post-go-live roadmaps and ensure ongoing value realization
  • •Interact regularly with German-speaking customer stakeholders across the full customer lifecycle and manage risks in high-stakes environments

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of functional experience in HCM software solutions including 5+ years of implementation consulting experience in HR technology or business transformation
  • •Proven experience leading end-to-end HCM solution design on complex, multi-country programmes
  • •Deep knowledge of Workday HCM
  • •Fluent in German and English
  • •Ability to travel up to 40% of time as customer needs require
