Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safe maintenance and repair for complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; and diagnose issues using data from many makes/models.
  • •Order parts as needed and maintain complete, timely electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Practice safe job practices and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance and help with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service skills, teamwork, and verbal/written communication.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable record and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; safety-sensitive role requires passing a 10-panel drug screen.
