Key Responsibilities

•Lead 2–3, 75-minute walking tours daily and manage groups of up to 25 guests.
•Conduct public and private distillery tours and answer guest questions about Old Forester/Brown-Forman history and the distillation process.
•Serve as first point of contact: greet guests, process tickets/payments, verify identification, resolve concerns, book/adjust reservations, and manage the guest services cash drawer.
•Set up tasting rooms per guidelines, measure pours, monitor tour guide timing, greet guests, clean between tours, and maintain supplies.
•Assist as trained in George’s Bar and retail by serving and educating guests, processing drink payments, and restocking the gift shop/register as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent GED.
•Minimum one year of experience in hospitality, retail, or spirits/wine.
•Flexible schedule for Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, including holidays and some evenings.
•Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
•Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
