Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure smooth functioning and brand compliance
•Create SOPs and brand standards; conduct site visits, audits, and performance checks; identify gaps and implement corrective actions
•Guide and support Team Leaders and Operations Lead in staffing, scheduling, and onboarding/training
•Lead pre-opening activities for new stores, including readiness checks and training, and ensure operational readiness from day one
•Plan and oversee events and pop-ups, manage manpower/logistics, monitor performance, and prepare post-event reports

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
•Minimum 4–6 years of operations experience in hospitality, retail, or F&B
•Proven experience managing multiple outlets
•Knowledge of operational SOPs, food safety, and health & safety standards
•Strong leadership and people management skills
