Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure smooth functioning and brand compliance
  • •Create SOPs and brand standards; conduct site visits, audits, and performance checks; identify gaps and implement corrective actions
  • •Guide and support Team Leaders and Operations Lead in staffing, scheduling, and onboarding/training
  • •Lead pre-opening activities for new stores, including readiness checks and training, and ensure operational readiness from day one
  • •Plan and oversee events and pop-ups, manage manpower/logistics, monitor performance, and prepare post-event reports

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • •Minimum 4–6 years of operations experience in hospitality, retail, or F&B
  • •Proven experience managing multiple outlets
  • •Knowledge of operational SOPs, food safety, and health & safety standards
  • •Strong leadership and people management skills
