Key Responsibilities

  • •Conzipieren und bauen von Planungs-, Forecast- und Simulationsmodellen in Anaplan (Modellarchitektur, Berechnungslogik, Views und Dashboards).
  • •Anforderungen der Controlling-Kolleginnen und -Kollegen aufnehmen, strukturieren und in fachliche Konzepte, User Stories sowie skalierbare Modelllösungen übersetzen.
  • •Anaplan-Lösung in die Reportinginfrastruktur integrieren und automatisieren (Power BI, Microsoft Azure/Fabric, SQL, Databricks) für zuverlässige Datenflüsse.
  • •Junior und weniger erfahrene Model Builder ausbilden und als Sparringpartner für interne Kundinnen und Kunden agieren.
  • •Eng mit Finance, IT, Data Engineers und BI Specialists sowie mit dem globalen Anaplan-Team zusammenarbeiten, damit Business-Unit-Anforderungen zu Group-Standards passen.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar mit passender Vertiefung.
  • •Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Anaplan Model Builder inklusive Modelldesign; eine Anaplan-Zertifizierung (z.B. Model BLevel 3 oder Solution Architect) ist ein Plus.
  • •Fundiertes Verständnis von Finanzen und Controlling (Erfolgsrechnung, Bilanz, Kostenrechnung sowie Planungs- und Forecastprozesse), idealerweise aus der Versicherungsbranche.
  • •Technischer Background: SQL, tabellarische Datenmodelle und Power BI; Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure/Fabric, Databricks, DAX oder Python ist ein Plus.
  • •Klare, adressatengerechte Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit Finance und IT in Deutsch und Englisch.
