Key Responsibilities

  • •Own an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and drive retention, NRR, adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.
  • •Serve as the primary post-onboarding point of contact and trusted advisor for executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and end users.
  • •Develop and execute success plans aligned to customer business objectives and measurable outcomes, guiding adoption and growth milestones.
  • •Monitor customer health and engagement to proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure customers realize measurable value.
  • •Own renewal motions and partner on renewal strategies and expansion opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve escalations and deliver a seamless experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,360 - 158,040 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, Customer Retention, Consulting, or another customer-facing role within SaaS, eCommerce, or technology.
  • •Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts with accountability for retention, renewals, adoption, growth, or revenue performance.
  • •Experience owning or supporting customer renewals and building trusted relationships with executive and business stakeholders.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Salesforce and customer success/analytics tools such as Gainsight, Tableau, or Grafana (preferred).
