Key Responsibilities

  • •Write scripts, implement patches and code fixes, and develop solutions for mission-critical flight safety systems.
  • •Administer software on workstations across classified networks and keep software systems updated.
  • •Monitor, create, track, manage, resolve, and close DIP tickets (incidents, problems, and RITMs) for software applications.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and teams to resolve Tier 4 software issues and accomplish mission goals for critical IT systems.
  • •Design, develop, troubleshoot, and analyze advanced software programs, scripts, and patches; produce diagrams and documentation and perform mission-specific modeling/simulation/analysis.
