  • •Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work aligned to technical, commercial, regulatory standards, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Lead iconic projects within a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver a range of engineering projects.
  • •Take project lead responsibility across design, delivery, and tender phases for multi-year/packaged turnkey work.
  • •Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and build highly effective client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor to Masters’ level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • •12+ years of structural engineering consultancy experience in Australia within the commercial Property & Buildings market.
  • •Chartered (CPEng) status with relevant Australian registration.
  • •Strong technical capability in structural analysis and design of building projects, supported by structural analysis and design software.
  • •Proven experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects and mentoring engineers, with client-facing/business development and proposal leadership experience.
