As an HR Business Partner for SIX GTS France, you support managers and teams on performance, talent development, internal mobility, onboarding, and work-life quality. Based in Cholet, you drive HR initiatives including Diversity, Inclusion & Handicap, while providing individualized employee support and leading organizational and role change projects across a hardware and software engineering center.

•Lead site initiatives for Diversity, Inclusion & Handicap in coordination with employee relations.

•Mastery of key HR processes, including performance, talent management, and employee relations climate.
