Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with managers on team development (performance, talent, competencies) at the ground level.
  • •Contribute to employee engagement through proximity actions.
  • •Support core HR levers: performance management, talent development, internal mobility, onboarding, and work-life quality.
  • •Provide individualized support to employees and act as a change agent on organizational and business projects.
  • •Lead site initiatives for Diversity, Inclusion & Handicap in coordination with employee relations.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education in HR with proven experience in an industrial or technology environment.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering roles (hardware/software) is appreciated.
  • •Mastery of key HR processes, including performance, talent management, and employee relations climate.
