Job Summary

Coordinate and optimize the daily/weekly production schedule for NVIDIA's Hsinchu chip factory by acting as the liaison between master scheduling and subcontractors. Manage issues related to specs, processes, and data variance; drive continuous improvement of production practices; analyze KPI data and present executive updates; lead cross-functional problem solving with program managers and engineers to maximize throughput and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a link between the master scheduling team and chip subcontractors to ensure daily/weekly production schedules are executed as planned.
•Clarify issues related to specs, business processes, and data variance by communicating between internal departments and external partners.
•Collaborate with silicon operations teams to optimize lot size, production loading cadence, product mix, and prioritization rules.
•Monitor subcontractor performance, analyze weekly data, and prepare executive summaries to ensure KPI targets are met.
•Host weekly leadership reviews with operations senior management and propose corrective actions to remove roadblocks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor planning field.
•Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience in semiconductor Planning.
•Good communication, problem-solving, collaboration, organizational, and quantitative skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel VBA, SAP, Windchill, and E2Open.
•Excellent English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
