Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-impact financial product deals to expand revenue within Adyen’s existing merchant base through treasury and liquidity solutions, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to design, negotiation, and closing of complex deals.
  • •Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects with Product and Commercial Strategy to shape go-to-market strategies for solutions such as FX optimization, cash pooling, and credit facilities.
  • •Collaborate with Account Management, Commercial Strategy, Product, and Leadership teams to drive adoption of financial products and ensure merchant success.
  • •Expand share-of-wallet by embedding financial products into merchant strategies and delivering measurable impact aligned with long-term growth objectives.
  • •Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate complex financial challenges into actionable commercial strategies.

Salary: USD 190,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced Treasury Dealmaker with ~8 years of experience in commercial dealmaking across banking, fintech, or treasury services, including a proven track record closing complex enterprise deals.
  • •Strong understanding of liquidity and treasury management solutions, including FX, sweeps, and credit facilities.
  • •Commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial challenges into clear commercial strategies and structure partnerships.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior finance, treasury, and C-level stakeholders.
