Parts Department Lead

Lead daily inspection-center production by supervising hourly associates involved in reconditioning and parts-related workflows. Manage safe movement of vehicles, ensure output and quality goals are met, coach and develop team members, and resolve conflicts. Review mechanical and physical defects, approve repair vs. reject decisions with the Inspection Center General Manager, and train production associates using quality control standards to minimize rechecks and delays.
