Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and upgrade semiconductor equipment (TSMC F24) independently.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware issues, order and replace parts, and resolve FDC mismatches.
  • •Follow documented procedures and task plans to test and diagnose equipment.
  • •Participate in daily passdown meetings; follow task priorities and respond to lead/FSO and customer calls.
  • •Maintain clean workspaces per TSMC 6S, manage service cases/escalations based on CE KPIs, and support parts management coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (hardware-related preferred).
  • •Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

  • •Basic mechanical aptitude in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
  • •TOEIC score of 550+ (2+ years TSMC fab experience is preferred).
