Job Summary

Design and test RF/microwave components and phased-array hardware, including integration of component- and system-level Active Electronically Steered Antennas (AESAs). Apply electromagnetic and microwave theory to CCA work and analytical design tasks, providing technical support to production activities. Work onsite in Tewksbury, MA, and may travel to integration sites and customer/subcontractor facilities as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and at least two years of relevant experience.
•Experience with microwave/RF system, subsystem, and component analysis, design, and test.
•Ability to use electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition and analytical tools such as Matlab.
•Hands-on testing experience with microwave testing techniques, including spectrum analyzers and VNAs/RSAs/PNAs.
•Coursework background in areas such as Microwave Engineering, Microwave Systems, Electromagnetic Theory, and Radar Systems is preferred.
