Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop discipline-specific deliverables such as design bases and criteria, system architectures, control philosophies and narratives.
  • •Perform field visits to collect information required for project development.
  • •Prepare engineering documents across project phases (conceptual, basic, detail) including calculations, instrument lists, wiring diagrams and data sheets within allocated budgets.
  • •Ensure designs comply with international codes and standards (API, ANSI, ASME, NFPA, ISA, OSHA) and client specifications.
  • •Execute other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to meet project needs.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • •Experience in projects within Oil & Gas and in instrumentation & control.
  • •Proficiency with Fisher valve specifications, Instrucalc, Regulators & relief valve toolkit, Valvestar, Autocad, Applicator de E&H, Sizing & selection of Emerson.
  • •Strong ability to work onsite in Maracaibo, Venezuela.
  • •Knowledge of industry codes and standards referenced in the role (API, ANSI, ASME, NFPA, ISA, OSHA) and ability to develop discipline deliverables such as bases and criteria of design.
