Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse team members across 1st and 2nd shifts, including scheduling, coaching, and developing staff.
  • •Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure orders ship accurately, safely, and on time while coordinating with internal teams.
  • •Verify shipping/receiving documentation and compliance requirements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure safe trailer loading and utilization.
  • •Manage warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records and transactions in SAP, including cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
  • •Promote workplace safety and compliance (including forklift/PIT requirements), lead incident investigations, and support audits and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) is required; college degree preferred.
