Project Controls Manager - Real Estate Construction

Manage project controls for major real estate construction programs, ensuring monthly reporting accuracy for cost and schedule. Own and maintain the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track planned/earned value milestones, and advise project teams using performance metrics, forecasts, and variance analysis. Lead schedule integrity efforts with project managers and contractors, track change impacts on the critical path, and produce monthly management reports while supporting contract administration and (where applicable) SOX controls.
