Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct market research to identify optimal transport solutions while ensuring high service quality.
  • •Contact transport partners and use transport exchanges to negotiate routes, transport channels, cargo loading plans, and pricing.
  • •Verify that transport operations commence only after receiving complete and valid transport orders from shippers.
  • •Review carrier documentation to confirm alignment with agreed terms and parameters in the transport order.
  • •Manage, monitor, and fulfill transport orders and record customer/transporter details accurately in the TMS system.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of professional experience in road freight forwarding, including international import/export and services such as groupage, LTL, and FTL.
  • •Strong knowledge of domestic and international geography, including countries and major cities.
  • •Solid understanding of transport and logistics, including cost-per-km calculations, pallet types, actual vs. chargeable weight, and rate fluctuations.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  • •Full professional working proficiency in English and Romanian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
