Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and organize the wardrobe area for efficiency and speed.
  • •Assign, document, and recollect wardrobe items at wardrobe check-in and check-out.
  • •Work with performers to distribute and style costume elements, props, footwear, and accessories during rehearsals and show changes.
  • •Fit performers to costume sizing and provide feedback on personal appearances with grooming recommendations.
  • •Repair, clean, prep, alter, and maintain wardrobe items; ensure quality using an 8-point checklist and complete storage/cleanup after each show.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in fashion, textiles, costuming, production arts, or at least 3 years of relevant wardrobe, costuming, or styling experience.
  • •Practical skills in hand and machine sewing.
  • •Ability to style and recreate a look from a photo or description.
  • •Hands-on knowledge to repair costuming, accessories, and footwear.
  • •Knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows (experience in entertainment/theater/theme parks/live events is a plus).
