Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality HR business partnering to managers and associates across the UK (with additional support for Italy, Spain, and the UAE).
  • •Act as primary HR contact for designated UK client groups and provide legally compliant, commercially balanced HR advice.
  • •Partner with Employee Relations on disciplinary, grievance, performance, flexible working, and absence cases, escalating complex/high-risk issues when needed.
  • •Support HR policy and procedures consistency, and coordinate legislative and collective bargaining changes across relevant EMEA locations.
  • •Ensure timely HR data entry and reporting, produce and analyze HR metrics (employee relations activity, absence, flexible working, exit/stay interviews), and partner on workforce planning and internal mobility.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a generalist HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar role within a global, matrixed organisation.
  • •Strong knowledge of UK employment law, ACAS Codes of Practice, and employee relations best practice.
  • •Ability to provide pragmatic, risk-aware, commercially balanced HR advice.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across leaders, managers, and associates.
  • •Sound judgement, resilience, discretion, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
