Key Responsibilities

  • •Support environmental site assessments and monitoring programs using established methods and standard operating procedures.
  • •Conduct groundwater monitoring and sampling, including purging and collecting samples from monitoring wells using low-flow equipment.
  • •Collect, record, and organize environmental field data and observations in accordance with project requirements.
  • •Assist with drilling oversight and monitoring well installation, including subcontractor oversight and soil logging/sampling.
  • •Maintain high-quality field documentation, contribute to health and safety planning, and help compile data and draft technical report sections.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Willingness and ability to perform extensive fieldwork, including working outdoors and traveling to project sites within Ontario.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate field documentation.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License to visit project sites, clients, and AECOM offices.
