Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a high-leverage surrogate for the CSO, attending key meetings and customer discussions when executive coverage is needed.
  • •Partner with the CSO as a strategic sounding board to simplify complex problems and keep focus on high-impact priorities.
  • •Translate strategy and complex technical data into executive/client-ready slide decks, prep materials, and strategic documents.
  • •Lead enterprise storytelling and cadence through strategy retrospectives and All-Hands presentations, both internally and externally.
  • •Orchestrate strategy-led initiatives by monitoring progress, timelines, action items, and providing executive updates to drive alignment and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years across investment banking, management consulting, and/or Big Tech in roles such as Chief of Staff, Technical Assistant, Product Manager, or Business Development.

  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication across multiple formats, including executive-level writing.
