Team Lead, Market Operations

Lead Carvana’s Market Operations team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, and customer and employee experience, while mentoring and training team members. The role is autonomous and requires strong decision-making and comfort operating in ambiguity, with ongoing visibility to leadership from the home office in Phoenix. Other duties as assigned.
