Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as quality representative to automotive NPI teams, supporting customer and internal quality requirements.
  • •Coordinate with multi-functional teams to align and maintain plans, methodologies, and chip failure analysis requirements.
  • •Lead cross-functional root-cause debug using the 8D process; drive failure analysis including data analysis, chip-level ATE, system-level test (SLT), and silicon failure analysis.
  • •Generate and review 8D failure analysis reports and verify/characterize effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Create and review failure trends from customer failure data, recommend continuous-improvement actions, and provide early DFMEA input; support CRB/MRB meetings and report automotive quality metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on experience in Product/Test/Application/Quality Engineering.
  • •BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience in chip-level failure analysis and debug.
  • •Experience using Advantest V93000 Tester and knowledge of test equipment bring-up.
  • •Exposure to system-level test and familiarity with digital design, circuit analysis, schematic review, statistical analysis, firmware, drivers, and diagnostic software.
